About Us
Theaora is a space for slow movement, observation, and gentle connection with the body.
This project was created to offer a place where the body isn’t asked to follow outer rhythms — instead, every movement, pause, and transition arises from sensation. We do not speak about achievement. We speak about presence, touch, and slowing down.
We work with what is already within the body: breath, internal signals, soft motion. Each course is not a set of instructions but a gradual way of returning to oneself. Through breath-based sessions, steady positions, soft transitions, and attentive movement, we come closer to what matters — the state of presence.
Our courses explore themes like early morning stillness, grounding, lateral extension, balancing forms, and lower body work. We also focus on longer-held poses, micro-movements, spirals, and transitions in quiet tempo.
Breathing is given a special place — not as a tool, but as a way to listen. It is linked to posture, muscular release, and the ability to stay close to inner states without rushing.
Theaora is a place where silence has meaning, movement has depth, and the body is never separated from attention. Every session is made for those who wish to move with dignity, groundedness, and warmth.
